Monday (10/20):
City of Kalamazoo Committee of the Whole (5:00 PM, PMN4): The Committee of the Whole will review Community Feedback on the Candidate Interviews conducted last week.
Kalamazoo City Commission (7:00 PM, PMN4): The City Commission will hear public hearings for Commercial Rehabilitation and Redevelopment. The board will vote to approve many professional service agreements and contract supplementals, and then select a City Manager Candidate.
Comstock Township Board (6:00 PM, PMN3): Comstock’s Township Board will meet at 6:00 to hear a METRO transit presentation, read second- and first-readings of 2 rezoning requests, hold a public hearing on a proposed Commercial Rehabilitation District, address a DDA complaint, discuss closed sessions, and more.
Tuesday (10/21):
Road Commission of Kalamazoo County (3:00 PM, PMN2): The Board of Road Commissioners will vote on several contracts and spendings, including an MDOT Contract establishing a detour along 9th Street and Stadium Drive, the Brady Township Local Road Contract, and a request to rescind and approve the revised Climax Township Local Road Contract.
Kalamazoo County Committee of the Whole (4:30 PM, PMN4): Kalamazoo County’s Committee of the Whole will review several reports, hold a budget discussion, and more.
Kalamazoo County Board of Commissioners (6:00 PM, PMN4): The County Board will hold a Public Hearing for Green Development Ventures’ Housing TIF Plan, and then vote on adoption. The Board will vote on approval of salaries, contracts, spending, and more.
City of Kalamazoo Historic District Commission (6:00 PM, PMN2): The Historic District Commission will review applications for alterations at 602 W Walnut St and 1623 Grand Ave.

Wednesday (10/22):
Comstock Township Downtown Development Authority (5:30 PM, PMN3): Comstock’s DDA will provide an update on the filed complaint, as well as provide Committee Updates from Economic Development, Façade Improvement, Beautification, Events, and more.
Thursday (10/23):
Oshtemo Township Planning Commission (6:00 PM, PMN3): Oshtemo’s Planning Commission will hold discussion on the draft 2045 Comprehensive Plan.
