Tuesday (10/04):
–Election Day 2025–
Road Commission of Kalamazoo County (3:00 PM, PMN2): The Road Commission will request to approve a bid for the Winter Maintenance Service contract, as well as request to rescind the previous and approve a revised Oshtemo Township Local Road Contract.
Wednesday (10/05):
Kalamazoo County Committee of the Whole (4:00 PM, PMN4): The Committee will meet Wednesday to discuss Community Grant Applications, use of ARPA Housing Supportive Services funds, and more. Also, the Committee of the Whole will enter closed session to further consider the Periodic Personnel Evaluation of
the County/Administrator.
Kalamazoo County Board of Commissioners (6:30 PM, PMN4): The County Board will vote on the approvals of many contract amendments, memorandums of understanding, spendings, appointments, and more. Also, the Board will acknowledge communications, including from the Charter Township of Comstock, where a resolution was made to establish a Commercial Rehabilitation District in the township.
Thursday (10/06):
City of Kalamazoo Planning Commission (7:00 PM, PMN4): The City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing for the request from Stadium Drive #1, LLC to rezone 4301 Stadium Drive from RM-15 (Residential, Multi-Dwelling) & RS-5 (Residential, Single-Dwelling) to CC (Community Commercial). The proposed rezone has been through many iterations, but seeks to rezone a portion of Asylum Lake Preserve for future commercial use within the Natural Features Protection Overlay (NFP-O).
Kalamazoo Public Schools Board of Education (7:00 PM, PMN5)
