Monday (01/26):
Kalamazoo City Commission (6:00 PM, PMN4): The City Commission will hold a Public Hearing regarding adoption of an ordinance to rezone the property at 4301 Stadium Drive from RM-15 (Residential, Multi-Dwelling) & RS-5 (Residential, Single-Dwelling) to CC (Community Commercial).

Tuesday (01/27):
Road Commission of Kalamazoo County (3:00 PM, PMN2): The Road Commission will hear a Road Funding Presentation by Mark Worden as well as request acceptance of roadways in Richland Township’s Gilmore Farms.
Oshtemo Township Zoning Board of Appeals (3:00 PM, PMN3): Oshtemo’s Zoning Board will review a request from Meyer C Weiner (5313 West Main Street) for a variance from the minimum frontage requirement, to allow a land division resulting in a parcel where First National Bank would be without frontage.
Comstock Township Zoning Board of Appeals (4:00 PM, PMN2): The regular meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals, scheduled for Tuesday, January 27, has been cancelled.
Oshtemo Township Board of Trustees (5:30 PM, PMN3): When available, the Oshtemo Township Board of Trustees meeting materials can be found here.
City of Kalamazoo Natural Features Protection Review Board (4:00 PM, PMN4): The NFP Board will review applications from a string of properties on Cork Street.
Wednesday (01/28):
Comstock Township Downtown Development Authority (5:30 PM, PMN3): The Downtown Development Authority will elect new officers, vote on the approval to attend an MDA Spring Workshop, and more.
