Monday (03/09):
Kalamazoo Township Board of Trustees (7:00 PM, PMN4): The Township Board will vote on adopting Ordinance 635, which amends the Zoning Ordinance’s non-conforming use provision, eliminating the “merger clause” and expanding building abilities on small parcels. The Board will also schedule a Board Hearing for a FOIA Appeal, slated for Monday, March 23, 2026.
Comstock Township Parks and Recreation Commission (6:00 PM, PMN3): Comstock’s Parks and Rec Commission will discuss the 2025 Annual Report and trail maps and path signs. Read the full agenda here.
Tuesday (03/10):
Road Commission of Kalamazoo County (3:00 PM, PMN2): The Road Commission will vote on approvals of a bid for Traffic Signal Communications & Mast Arm Installation, the Kalamazoo Township Local Road Contract, and more.
Comstock Township Board of Trustees Special Meeting (2:00 PM, PMN3): Comstock’s Township Board of Trustees meets Tuesday to reschedule the Liquor License Complaint Hearing, as well as address a Superintendent Oath of Office Complaint.
Oshtemo Township Board of Trustees (5:30 PM, PMN3): The Oshtemo Township Board is set to make appointments to the Township Planning Commission & Zoning Board of Appeals, provide First Reading of amendments to Hawkers, Peddlers & Solicitors Ordinance, and more.
City of Kalamazoo Citizens Public Safety Review and Appeal Board (6:00 PM, PMN4): The Citizens Public Safety Review and Appeal Board (CPSRAB) provides community oversight of the Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety. CPSRAB hears community complaints that are appealed after they have been investigated by the Office of Professional Standards.
Wednesday (03/11):
City of Kalamazoo Historic Preservation Commission (6:00 PM, PMN4): When available, meeting materials for the City of Kalamazoo Historic Preservation Commission can be found here.
Comstock Township Downtown Development Authority Special Meeting (5:30 PM, PMN3): The Downtown Development Authority meets Wednesday and will review and consider action on the Formal Complaint filed over grant funding. Then, the DDA will vote on the awarding of a Beautify Comstock Center Maintenance contract.
Thursday (03/12):
City of Kalamazoo Utility Policy Committee (8:30 AM, PMN4): When available, meeting materials for the City of Kalamazoo Historic Preservation Commission can be found here.
Oshtemo Township Planning Commission (6:00 PM, PMN3): The Oshtemo Township Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on the Oshtemo 2045 Comprehensive Plan and the Master Streets Plan, and consider resolution recommending adoption.
Comstock Township Planning Commission (6:00 PM, PMN2): The Comstock Planning Commission will conduct a Step One review and Public Hearing for a Condominium Site on Leigh Avenue.
City of Kalamazoo Zoning Board of Appeals (7:00 PM, PMN4): The Zoning Board of Appeals meeting scheduled for March 12, 2026 has been canceled.
