Monday (06/22)
Kalamazoo Township Board of Trustees (7:00 PM, PMN4): The Township Board will vote on approving the sale of 1902 Baker Drive, then discuss and take action on establishing property tax collection procedures and limitations on the waiver of penalties and interest.
Tuesday (06/23)
Oshtemo Township Zoning Board of Appeals (3:00 PM, PMN3): Oshtemo Township’s Zoning Board of Appeals Meeting for June 23, 2026 has been canceled.
Oshtemo Township Board of Trustees (5:30 PM, PMN3): Trustees will hear a presentation on the 2026-2029 Strategic Plan, a Public Works Construction Update, and hold board discussion PA 233. Then, the Board will discuss AI Usage Policy to ensure that all AI-assisted work upholds the Townships professional standards, protects confidentiality, and maintains integrity and accountability inside the administration. City of Kalamazoo Natural Features Protection Review Board (4:00 PM, PMN4): The NFPRB will review Natural Features variances and provide recommendations to the Zoning Board of Appeals for properties at 132, 112, and 114 Cork St, as well as a property at 607 E. Kilgore Ave.

Oshtemo Township Budget Meeting (5:30 PM, PMN3): Oshtemo Township’s Board of Trustees will meet to discuss, plan, and act for several budget items, providing transparency for public spending in the township.
Comstock Township Downtown Development Authority (5:30 PM, PMN2): The Comstock DDA will finish working on revisions to DDA bylaws, discuss National Night Out, community DDA cleanup day, and more.
Thursday (06/25)
Oshtemo Township Planning Commission (6:00 PM, PMN3): On the Agenda, to conduct a Public Hearing and and site plan review for special exception use of a proposed Land Rover dealership. Also, a work session and presentation from the Planning Consultant on existing land use tables, updated tables, and proposed consolidation of various zoning districts. The Commission is considering recommending simplifying zoning districts to fit within comprehensive plan, by combining different types of zoning districts and reducing overlay districts.
Comstock Township Planning Commission (6:00 PM, PMN2): The June 25, 2026 Charter Township of Comstock Planning Commission meeting is canceled due to a lack of agenda items.
Comstock Township Board of Trustees Special Meeting (6:00 PM, PMN2): The Comstock Township Board will hold a special meeting at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 25th, to review the 2nd Reading of Ordinance 570 – Temporary Outdoor Sales and Services.
Kalamazoo Public Schools Board of Education (7:00 PM, PMN5): The Board of
Education of the Kalamazoo Public Schools will hold a public hearing to consider the District’s proposed 2026-2027 budget.
