Monday (10/21)
City of Kalamazoo – Committee of the Whole (5:00 PM, PMN4): The Committee of the Whole will have a work session to hear a presentation on the progress of the draft HUD 5-Year Consolidated Plan
City of Kalamazoo – City Commission (7:00 PM, PMN4): The Kalamazoo City Commission will decide on a multitude of housing-related loans, partnerships, and grants– and more. A full agenda can be found here.
Comstock Township Board (6:00 PM, PMN3): The Board will host the Comstock Downtown Development Authority for a Joint Meeting. More info.
Comstock Township Downtown Development Authority (6:00 PM, PMN3): Joint Meeting with the Comstock Township Board. DDA Staff and Consultants will present on Riverfront Redevelopment Market Assessments and revised concept site plans, and action on whether to endorse the site plan, as well as the Retail and Residential Market Assessments.
Tuesday (10/22)
Road Commission of Kalamazoo County (3:00 PM, PMN2): The Road Commission will discuss approval of several road projects, including a G Avenue (28th Street to 38th Street) Final Construction Plan and several road repairs in Schoolcraft. More agenda items can be found here.

City of Kalamazoo – Natural Features Protection Board (6:00 PM, PMN4): Agendas will be available on the City of Kalamazoo’s Website.
Oshtemo Township Budget Meeting (5:30 PM, PMN3): Oshtemo Township Board will meet Tuesday to wrap up the series of Budget Meetings. Public Comment/Public Hearing will be included in this Budget Meeting.

Comstock Township Planning Commission (7:00 PM, PMN2): The Comstock Planning Commission will consider a Rezoning Application for 1287 N. 33rd Street, as well as continue a Rezoning consideration for property on Leigh Avenue.
