As we approach another week of local government meetings, take a look at what’s on the agenda.
Monday (09/23):
Kalamazoo Township Board (7:30 PM, PMN4): The Monday night Township meeting will include a Public Hearing and potential approval of an Industrial Facilities Tax Exemption for Azon, USA inc. More agenda items can be found on the Kalamazoo Township website.
Tuesday (09/24):
Road Commission of Kalamazoo County (3:00 PM, PMN 2): Meeting Agendas can be found on the Road Commission website.
Oshtemo Township Zoning Board of Appeals (3:00 PM, PMN3): The Oshtemo Zoning Board is set to review requests of a Building Variance for 10273 Skyview Drive and a Site Plan Extension for Faraday Properties.
City of Kalamazoo Natural Features Protection Board (6:00 PM, PMN4): Cancelled due to Lack of Agenda Items.
Oshtemo Township Board Meeting (5:30 PM, PMN3): The board will look at several agenda items, including a 2025 Draft Budget, discussion on police protections, consideration on a property tax rate request, and consideration of instating a part-time Election Assistant position in the Township.
Wednesday (09/25):
Comstock Township Downtown Development Authority (5:30, PMN3): The DDA will give updates on beautification efforts, riverfront redevelopment, and upcoming events such as this Saturday’s “Family and Flowers” event.
Thursday (09/26):
Oshtemo Township Planning Commission (6:00 PM, PMN3): Canceled due to Lack of Agenda Items.
Comstock Township Planning Commission (7:00 PM, PMN2): The Comstock Planning Commission will discuss the potential Rezoning of 8778 E H Avenue.
Kalamazoo Public Schools (7:00 PM, PMN5): Meeting Materials can be found on the Kalamazoo Public Schools website.
