Monday (02/09):

Comstock Township Parks and Recreation Commission (6:00 PM, PMN3): On the agenda for Comstock’s Parks and Recreation department, business items regarding Fencing and Landscaping project at Neal Street Park as well as the Wenke Softball Complex project.

Kalamazoo Township Board of Trustees (7:00 PM, PMN4): The Kalamazoo Township Board will vote on several new business items, including adoption of Poverty Exemption Guidelines, a Road Commission Participation Funds Contract, and notably, a resolution of Second Censure against the Township Treasurer, Sherine Miller.

Tuesday (02/10):

Road Commission of Kalamazoo County (3:00 PM, PMN2): When available, meeting materials for the Road Commission of Kalamazoo County can be found here.

Oshtemo Township Board of Trustees (5:30 PM, PMN3): The Township Board of Oshtemo will conduct a work session Tuesday to hear a Presentation on Neighborhood Sanitary Sewer Expansion Project Update from the Director of Public Works and the Project Manager. The board will also hold discussion and consideration on this project.

Wednesday (02/11):

City of Kalamazoo Historic Preservation Commission (6:00 PM, PMN4): The City of Kalamazoo Historic District Commission will meet Wednesday to give reports on budget, funding, historic tours, and more. Then, the Commission will vote on the reappointment of Commissioner Paduk and the election of new officers.

Thursday (02/12):

City of Kalamazoo Utility Policy Committee (8:30 AM, PMN4): UPDATE: The City of Kalamazoo UPC meeting scheduled for Thursday, February 12, has been canceled.

Oshtemo Township Planning Commission (6:00 PM, PMN3): Oshtemo’s Planning Commission will meet Thursday to elect the officers of Chair and Vice-Chair, as well as hold a Public Hearing and conceptual review of proposed changes to the previously approved layout for the West Main Villages Mixed Use development.

City of Kalamazoo Zoning Board of Appeals (7:00 PM, PMN4): The City of Kalamazoo Zoning Board will conduct Public Hearings for several variances of the Natural Features Protection Ordinance from Statewide Rentals, LLC at 112, 114, 120, 126, and 132 W Cork Street.
