Oshtemo Township Planning Commission (6:00 PM, PMN3): The Oshtemo Planning Commission is set to conduct special exception use review of a home occupation occurring in two accessory buildings (2100 S 4th Street) where the occupation is providing private golf and softball lessons. Then, the commission will review a first draft of proposed Zoning Ordinance amendments.
City of Kalamazoo Zoning Board of Appeals (7:00 PM, PMN4): Zoning Board hearings in Thursday’s meeting include The City of Kalamazoo Public Services Department variance request, a dimensional variance at 2139 Ridge Road, a temporary variance for or an outdoor temporary sales use (Food Truck) to operate in the parking lot at 4423 W.
