As we enter another week of local government meetings, take a look at this week’s agenda items:
Monday (05/12):
City of Kalamazoo Committee of the Whole (5:00 PM, PMN4): The Committee of the Whole will meet to hold a work session to respond to requests to amend City Code Chapters 18 and 18A (Nondiscrimination and Fair Housing).
Kalamazoo City Commission (7:00 PM, PMN4): The City of Kalamazoo is scheduled to vote on the approval of Board and Commission appointments made by Mayor Anderson, approval of a purchase agreement with Burdick Crosstown, LLC for the purchase of 1156 South Burdick Street and 1204 South Burdick Street, and more.

Tuesday (05/13):
Oshtemo Township Board (5:30 PM, PMN3): On Tuesday, Oshtemo’s Board of Trustees will meet to vote on many agenda items, including the appointment of Hannah Whiteman to the Parks Committee. Then, the board will hold first readings of a Rezoning of 6400 Block of West Main St. Ordinance and a Removal & Disposal of Dog Feces Ordinance. The full agenda can be found here.
City of Kalamazoo Citizens Public Safety Review and Appeal Board (6:00 PM, PMN4): The Kalamazoo CPSRAB will hear a report from the Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety, read more about Citizens Public Safety Review and Appeals.
