Public Media Network is here to help you amplify your message with our next PSA Day—an opportunity for nonprofit organizations to record a short, professional video that highlights your mission, promotes an upcoming event, or showcases your impact in the community.
During a 30-minute session at our Community Access Center in Downtown Kalamazoo, we’ll coach your representative through a brief 30–60 second message, making the process simple and stress-free. You’ll receive a digital video you can use on social media, your website, in emails, and more.
What we provide:
- A professional studio and team to guide you
- On-camera coaching to help you feel confident
- A high-quality video to help you reach more people
What you’ll need to bring:
- A representative who can speak on behalf of your organization
- A clear message (we’ll help you shape it!)
- Your logo and any high-resolution images (1920 x 1080 or higher)

Recording Session Packages range from $0 – $225
Package One: up to 60 second PSA featuring the head and shoulders of the presenter with logo. Cost: complimentary to non-profit organizations serving Kalamazoo County
Package Two: up to 60 second PSA featuring the head and shoulders of the presenter, logo, and 3-6 images. Cost: $75
Package Three: up to 2 minute PSA featuring the head and shoulders of the presenter, logo, and 7-12 images. Cost: $150
Package Four: up to 60 second PSA featuring the head and shoulders of the presenter, logo, and 3-6 images with our team helping to develop the script. Cost: $225
