Monday (11/10):
Oshtemo Township Board of Trustees (5:30 PM, PMN3): Oshtemo’s Township Board will provide second reading of text amendments to the Sidewalk Ordinance, discussion on the 2026 Township Employee benefits package, and address communication from NewEdge regarding a Battery Energy Storage System.
Comstock Township Parks and Recreation Commission (6:00 PM, PMN2): Comstock Parks and Recreation will handle business on 2026 Robert Morris Park Concessions and Veteran Passes, a KNC Review of Cooper Park, and the annual Staff Review.

Tuesday (11/11):
City of Kalamazoo Citizens Public Safety Review and Appeal Board (6:00 PM): The November 11th, 2025 Citizens Public Safety Review and Appeal Board meeting has been cancelled.
Wednesday (11/12):
City of Kalamazoo Historic Preservation Commission (6:00 PM, PMN4): The City’s Historic Preservation Commission will provide updates on the O’Connor Fund, the progress of the City Hall Historic Designation, Community Engagement, and more.
Thursday (11/13):
City of Kalamazoo Utility Policy Committee (8:30 AM, PMN4): More information on the City of Kalamazoo Utility Policy Committee, including meeting documents, can be found here.
Oshtemo Township Planning Commission (6:00 PM, PMN3): The Planning Commission will hear a presentation and hold a discussion of the draft Master Streets Plan and Oshtemo 2045 Comprehensive Plan Special Studies. They will then consider forwarding the plans to the Oshtemo Township Board to allow for the public comment period.
Comstock Township Planning Commission (5:00 PM, PMN2): Comstock’s Planning Commission will hold separate public hearings for the 6787 E H Ave Conditional Rezoning request, Accessory Structure Ordinance Text Amendments, Chicken Ordinance Text Amendments, and the Battery Energy Storage Ordinance. City of Kalamazoo Zoning Board of Appeals (7:00 PM, PMN4): The Zoning Board of Appeals will hold public hearings on Thursday. Hearings include 850 E. Crosstown Parkway, where Alliance Metal Recycling is requesting a dimensional variance for Recycling Facilities, as well as Indian Trails Inc. properties on E Michigan, Sherwood Ave, and Riverview Dr, and respective dimensional and use variances, and finally a use variance at 1327 Sherwood Ave. Then, the Board will vote on a requested six-month extension for the two building setback variances at 421 N Pitcher St (Graphic Packaging International).
