Monday (04/27):
Comstock Township Board of Trustees (6:00 PM, PMN3): The Comstock Board will provide Second Reading of Ordinance 567 regarding the 5057 E Main and 1654 Leigh Ave- Rezoning Request. The Board will also continue discussion regarding Public Comment policies and practices, with possible action being taken in the meeting.
Kalamazoo Township Board of Trustees (7:00 PM, PMN4): After voting on consent agenda items including a CIP Expenditure for portable radio equipment, the Kalamazoo Township Board will head into a Closed Session to meet with the Township Attorney discuss a written legal opinion that is exempt from disclosure.
Tuesday (04/28):
Oshtemo Township Zoning Board of Appeals (3:00 PM, PMN3): The Oshtemo Zoning Board of Appeals will review three items, including site plan reviews for an accessory building for L.D. Docsa Associates (400 South 8th Street) and an addition to the Revitalize Church building (2901 North 10th Street). Finally a minimum area variance request for unplatted parcels and platted lots to allow the reconfiguration of two grandfathered properties at 864 Wickford Drive and 10640 West Main Street.
City of Kalamazoo Natural Features Protection Review Board (4:00 PM, PMN4): The City of Kalamazoo NFPRB meeting for Tuesday, April 28, has been rescheduled, stay tuned for updates on the confirmed rescheduling date.
Oshtemo Township Board (5:30 PM, PMN3): The Oshtemo Township Board will discuss and act on several items related to Phase II USDA Sewer Project, provide second reading for the H Ave Rezone request (Ordinance 690) and Zoning Text Amendments (Ordinance 691), and vote on a resolution to reject the currently proposed 2045 Oshtemo Comprehensive Plan and Master Streets Plan.
Comstock Zoning Board of Appeals (4:00 PM, PMN2): The regular meeting of the Comstock Zoning Board of Appeals, scheduled for Tuesday, April 28, 2026, has been canceled for lack of agenda items.
